2015 Homes Association Dues

Annual dues in Clear Creek will remain at $515 for the 2015 fiscal year. Please mail your dues payment to Home Association Solutions, PO Box 26145, Overland Park, KS 66225. Please make checks payable to the Clear Creek Homes Association, Inc.
You may pay your homes association dues in full by January 31, 2015, or you may pay in two installments of $257.50. In order to avoid penalties, at least $257.50 must be received by January 31, 2015. Any remaining balance must be paid by April 1, 2015.
