Homes association dues in Clear Creek will be $515 for the 2013 fiscal year. 

 

As in prior years, you may pay your homes association dues in full by January 31, 2013, or you may pay in two installments of $257.50.  In order to avoid late fees and penalties, at least $257.50 must be received by January 31, 2013.  Any remaining balance on your account must be paid in full by April 1, 2013.
