The Clear Creek Homes Association’s Board of Directors is pleased to announce that homes association dues for the 2014 fiscal year will remain at $515.  Please mail your dues payment to Home Association Solutions, PO Box 26145, Overland Park, KS  66225.  Please make checks payable to Clear Creek Homes Association, Inc.
 
You may pay your homes association dues in full by January 31, 2014, or you may pay in two installments of $257.50.  In order to avoid penalties, at least $257.50 must be received by January 31, 2014.  Any remaining balance must be paid by April 1, 2014.l
